With the deadline just a week away, the final list of Platform for Progress candidates that will appear on the ballot for the November 15 local elections is being finalized. This includes those running for mayorships in selected cities and towns and well as city council candidates. When Platform President Mirsad Hadzikadic and I recently spoke he explained there is a rigorous vetting process in place to make sure that those wishing to be on the ballot represent the true values of the Platform. As he points out this has involved several last-minute trips to numerous towns and cities around the country to help assist local Platform members with the process.

Sa rokom za samo sedmicu dana, dovršava se finalna lista Platforme za progres kandidata koji će se pojaviti na glasačkom listiću za lokalne izbore 15. novembra. To uključuje kandidate za gradonačelnike u pojedinim gradovima, te kandidate za gradske vijećnike. Kada smo predsjednik Platforme Mirsad Hadžikadić i ja nedavno razgovarali, on je objasnio da postoji strog postupak provjere kako bi se bilo sigurno da oni koji žele biti na glasačkom listiću predstavljaju istinske vrijednosti Platforme.
